• Collecting clean laundry and dropping off used laundry (by arrangement)

• Purchasing tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and other complimentary items

• Ensuring the complimentary items are laid out attractively for the guests

• Restocking firewood/fuel supplies

• Deep cleaning (recommended at least once a year)

• Checking the property for damage or missing items
